Our facility was designed from the ground up for large recreational vehicles. The drive aisles are wide enough to swing a fifth wheel without a spotter, the surface is paved rather than gravel, and the perimeter is fenced with lighting throughout. With 373 marked spaces, there is room for motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, boats, and smaller utility trailers.
Because everything is month to month, you are never locked into a long contract. Store your RV through the off-season, keep it here year-round, or move on whenever your plans change.

Motorhome Storage, Travel Trailer Storage, and Everything Else We Park
People call it different things depending on what sits in their driveway. Motorhome storage for a Class A, Class B, or Class C coach. Travel trailer storage. It is all the same lot and the same month-to-month terms.
If what you are really after is straightforward RV parking somewhere other than the curb in front of your house, that is what this is. Spaces are marked, numbered, and sized to the unit, and yours stays yours for as long as you keep it.
What We Can and Cannot Store
The lot is for recreational vehicles and personal trailers. To keep the facility clean and the spaces available for the people who use them, the lot is not available for commercial vehicles or for businesses to operate from, and we cannot accept anything with an oil or hydraulic leak.
RVs more than 10 years old are welcome, but they need to be approved before they arrive so we can make sure the unit is roadworthy and in good condition. Send us a couple of photos when you reserve and we will confirm quickly.
Lot Rules
A few house rules keep the lot safe, clean, and easy to move around in. They are all in the rental agreement, and our team will walk you through them at move-in.
The lot is open 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, seven days a week. RVs cannot be accessed after the lot closes or before it opens.
Only owners and their family may access an RV on the lot, unless lot management approves someone else.
RVs more than 10 years old need approval before storage is granted.
Every RV must have current registration and be insured.
RVs that leak fluids or oil cannot be stored. A leaking unit must be removed within 7 days of notice or a $50 per day penalty applies.
RVs are measured tip to tip and must fit in their space with no overhang into the driving aisle.
Owners may not perform work on their RVs on the lot, and no outside maintenance or wash vendors are allowed on the property.
Owners cannot rent their RVs from the lot, and no business may be operated from the property.

How much does RV storage cost?
Spaces start at $140 per month. Pricing depends on the length of your unit — call us and we will quote your exact space.
When can I get to my RV?
The lot is open from 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, seven days a week, and the gate opens from your cell phone. You cannot access your RV after the lot closes at 8:30 PM or before it opens at 5:30 AM.
Do you offer boat storage and trailer storage?
We do. Boat storage, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and smaller utility trailers are all welcome on the lot alongside the motorhomes.
Is there RV storage near me?
If you are anywhere in Ventura County or the Santa Clarita Valley, we are close. We are at 249 E Telegraph Rd, right on Highway 126, and customers drive in from Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Simi Valley, and Moorpark.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All storage is month to month.
My RV is older than 10 years. Can I still store it?
Most likely, yes — units over 10 years old just need to be approved first. Vehicles with oil or hydraulic leaks cannot be accepted.
