Most of the questions we hear come down to four things: what it costs, when you can get in, what we will accept, and what is available on site. Here are the answers.
Pricing & Terms
How much does a space cost?
Spaces start at $140 per month, month to month. Price depends on the length of your unit — call (805) 804-2599 for a quote on your exact space.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Storage is month to month. There is a rental agreement to sign, but no long-term commitment and no seasonal minimum.
How do I reserve a space?
Reserve online and we will review the request and confirm your space, usually the same day. Call (805) 804-2599 if you would rather talk it through first.
How do I pay my bill?
Payments are handled online. Use the Pay Online link in the menu, or call the office during business hours.
Access & Hours
When can I access my RV?
The lot is open from 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, seven days a week. Access hours shift with the time of year, and we post any change at the gate.
Can I get to my RV after hours?
No. The lot closes at 8:30 PM and opens at 5:30 AM, so you cannot get to your RV after it closes or before it opens. Plan an early departure the evening before.
How does the gate work?
Pull up to the gate, press the button on your cell phone, and it opens. No keypad to remember and no card to lose in a console somewhere.
Who is allowed to access my RV?
Owners and their family. Anyone else needs approval from lot management before they can get to your unit.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Gate access runs seven days a week.
What We Accept
What can I store here?
Motorhome storage for Class A, Class B, and Class C coaches, plus travel trailer storage, fifth wheel storage, camper storage, toy haulers, boat storage, and smaller utility trailers. The lot is for recreational use only — it is not available for commercial vehicles or businesses operating from the property.
Is there RV storage near me?
We are at 249 E Telegraph Rd, right on Highway 126, and we draw from across Ventura County and the Santa Clarita Valley — Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Simi Valley, and Moorpark.
Is the storage covered or uncovered?
Uncovered. Every space is outdoor, open-air, and fully paved. We do not offer covered or indoor storage.
My RV is more than 10 years old. Can I still store it?
Most likely, yes. Units more than 10 years old need approval before storage is granted, so send us a couple of photos when you reserve and we will confirm quickly.
Does my RV need to be registered and insured?
Yes. Every RV stored on the property must have current registration and be insured.
What if my RV leaks oil or fluid?
RVs that leak fluids or oil cannot be stored on the lot. If a leak shows up after move-in, the unit has to be removed within 7 days of notice or a $50 per day penalty applies.
How do you measure my RV?
Tip to tip, including the hitch, bumper, spare tire, and anything else that sticks out. Your unit has to fit entirely in its space with no overhang into the driving aisle.
Lot Rules
Can I work on my RV while it is on the lot?
No. Owners may not perform work on their RVs on the lot, and no outside maintenance or wash vendors are allowed on the property. Our own team can handle maintenance, washing, and detailing for you.
Can I run a business from my space?
No. No businesses, such as an RV rental business, can be operated from the lot, and owners cannot rent out their RVs from the property.
Where does washing happen?
On property, in our wash area. RVs are not washed in their storage space.
Services on Property
Can you service my RV while it is stored?
Yes. Washing and detailing happen on property, and maintenance is handled by our sister company next door, so you never have to schedule a tow or shuttle your RV across town.
What amenities are on site?
A dump station, propane, and washing are available at the facility, along with RV maintenance through our sister company, 101 RV Sales & Service.
Can you help me sell my RV?
We can. We buy and sell units outright and also take RVs on consignment, listing and showing them from our lot in Fillmore.
